I lived at Regency Club for 2 years and it was the most miserable experience I've had with an apartment. The "remodoling" was never on schedule, they would say maintanence was coming on tuesday, and they would actually come 3 days later. The water was constantly being shut off without warning, for hours at a time, and when it came back we had to run the pipes for an hour to clear the dirt out. Every time someone moves out, they WILL replace the carpet, and paint the walls, and you WILL be charged for it. The rent price was constantly increasing as well. They never were able to fix my air conditioner, so i paid $300 in electricity every month, and couldn't cool my apartment below 85 degrees. Do not move in to these apartments unless you have a lot of extra money to throw out the window.

Maybe you should have called everyday to get your AC fixed instead of complaining that it never worked when you moved out and there is nothing they can do about it, that is what I would have done.

I have the same issue now and can't wait for my lease to end so I can move. I have called multiple times, sent letters, etc. . . all of this to no avail. The light in the oven has been broken since I moved in. . .the kitchen sink was patched instead of replaced. Therefore, whenever you turn the sink on the sound wakes the dead. Also, one of the issues with the A/C is they never respond to request to have the filter changed.

There has not been remodling on this property in over eight years.
