Not only has the management staff changed without notice. Apparently, the property owners did as well. You can give up getting timely service request. Be prepared to have the floors shake when you walk. (No matter your weight and size). If you have someone living above you prepare for the walls to shake and to be awaken each time they shower or flush. Also, if it's not "hot" to them they will not consider repairing the A/C. They offer paid parking, but do not enforce it. You are left to handle it yourself when someone is parked in your spot. The property is not very well kept. Trash and animal feces are ALL over the place. People tend to loiter in the parking lot. The trash receptacles are always overflowing and an eye sore. They lure you in by telling you they offer valet trash pick-up, which actually lasted ONE month of my stay. If you call the answering service after hours, don't expect a response. Also, they ask that you let them know when the A/C filter needs replacing. After almost 18 months mine has only been successfully changed maybe 5 times. As a result the place is dusty. I reported mold/mildew in the bathroom and was told to stop closing the door when I'm in the bathroom. . . needless to say I'm getting out of here ASAP.

I live here and this is not the service we recieve from the the office staff and maintenance staff. We have lived here more than five years and the office staff and maintenance are wonderful. The is never any trash on the grounds ever. If you call the answering service there is always a call back with in five minutes. There is a courtesy officer that lives here and takes calls from the answering service for parking and noise compliants. When you want the A/C filter changed just call in to the management office and it is changed the same day. I have never seen any trash overflowing in the dumpsters. I love living here.

I have to agree, I dont know why your experience is so bad at Regency Club Apartments. I have lived here for 2 years, and have never had a problem with any of the issues that you mentioned. I have had my air filter changed every month when I call within 24 hours. My neighbors are loud, but that isnt the fault of the maintenance or management, i dont think. Its them just being loud, jumping and running around because they dont care about their neighbors. Also, when someone was parked in my paid parking spot, I called answering service and the courtesy officer was there in 5 minutes, and had already called the tow company for me. The dumpsters overflowing are from other people that live here who think it is okay to throw garbage 'around' the dumpster and not take the time to make it in. I constantly see people throwing stuff around the garbage and not in it. And every morning when Im leaving for work, I see a maintenance working with a trash picker, picking up the trash you claim to see everywhere??!! I dont know if you are still living at Regency Club, but hope your stay becomes what mine has always been!!!

It I lived at Regency Club and trust me...everything you complained about is true. The people commenting are probably management. Duck and dog feces...old mattresses at the dumpsters...you have to pay for new appliances...the floor being uneven and sinking in in some place...and yes maintenance only gives a quick fix but never fixes the root of the problem. They want to charge high rent but you can do better.

They will also watch the Caller ID and avoid calls from certain tenants. I called once from my phone and they didn't answer. Called right back from another line and they picked right up. You hit the nail on the head with the weak floor boards. I swear we are going to go plowing through the floor some day soon.
