This place is the worse place you can possibly choose to live. I moved out in March 2009 and everything was fine. I get phone call from a collection agency four months later saying I owe $900 in damages and its going into collections in 2 days. I go to Regency Office and they claim they had to replace all the carpet for pet smell even though I was never notified of the charges. I see the file that had one returned letter since they did not have a good address. I asked them why didn't they call me and was told it was not their responsibility to call and if they get a return letter they just send it to collections. They also refused to give me a copy of the damages for my lawyer. The office staff was rude and unprofessional. They did not fix anything I asked them to. So dont live here unless you like your car broken into, things breaking and not being fixed and if you have a bunch of money to give them after you move out for fraudulent charges.

When I moved out and i had to pay damages Regency Club had pictures and all the paperwork in my file when I called. You must not have gone to the office and requested the information for your damages. No apartment community will fax or mail the information due to the information being private.
