This is our second apartment complex since our move to BR in June 2005. This is by far one of the better properties for the money in this city. Overall, the facility is nicely designed and well constructed. The amenities far surpass any other package in this price range and the management and maintenance service team are simply the best in the buisness. About 10 days before moving day we learned that our unit was not going to be ready on time but the management staff identified an alternative unit which actually suited us better than our original choice and made every possible accomodation to ready the unit for an on-time move-in date (2 days after Christmas 2006). The Regent Apartment Homes is the place you want to be !
