I have lived here for about 6 months and I love it. It's been years since I have lived in an apartment. But I have to say that this has been by far the best decision I have made. Yes with new construction there will be kinks that have to be worked out. I have had maintenance request that where always handled. People always want to write bad things and I thought it would be nice to write about the good things. The office staff has changed in the past few months with the exception of a couple people and they are very willing to do whatever they can to make me happy! So honestly if I had to recommend the regent I would say YES you will not regret it!!!
