Rules are unreasonable - The staff can be difficult

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Nice buildings. No tennis court. Ridiculous late payment penalty if you are ten minutes late with the rent, regardless of your payment history. Expensive. Traffic is a nightmare. Not enough parking. After move in the staff suddenly forgets your name. Nice work out facility. Lots of interstate noise.
