EXTREMELY OVER-RATED and not worth the price. I was the first person to live in my apartment and many things had to be fixed right from the start. Tub was chipped from tiles being dropped in it during construction. "Granite" counter tops aren't real granite. Water left sitting on the counter discolored it. Carpeting shed constantly. And paint on walls was cheep and left a mark anytime you bumped it. Management was fine when I was a tenant, but the minute you decide to move out the story changed completely. They want to charge you for all of their shoty construction and cheap materials. I don't know why they even call it a "deposit." My apartment was perfectly clean when I moved out and they managed to keep half the deposit for bogus charges and I only managed to get the other half after getting in a fight with rude girl that checked me out about the tub and countertops. Also rent increases drastically everytime you have to renew your lease. RENT WITH CAUTION. Moved out a year ago. Best decision I ever made.
