I do not know who this individual or company is that is making these posts regarding crime in this district. However, they have made these same statements in reference to other apartments in this area without stating any information other than this alleged crime report. This service is used by individuals who are trying to get an accurate picture of a given complex and all what you accomplish is to make this resource useless. Another thing to consider about this district is what areas does it include, how many crimes occur on the premises and what is the rate of crimes in regard to other districts. None of these are answered by your sparse critique of this complex. If any site administers read this post please investigate a mechanism to filter out these posts that do nothing but lower the quality of this resource. I have been to these apartments and no one can honestly give the grounds a 1 out of 5. |

I am sure that these crime stats do not refer to on site crimes at the Reserve. The area behind Wendy's on College Dr. is a little "shady." Most probably, that's the area they are referring to.

The only crime situation since I have lived here for 2 years now has been an attack by some white thugs on a black kid at the front gate. I have no idea what these people are referring to that is posting the crime reports. Maybe you should state each individual area within the area, ie: apartment complexes, shopping centers, hotel areas, etc.
