I moved into these apartments about 2 weeks ago and have had little problems. I had a door which leads to the patio that was sticking; they came out the next morning and fixed it. Also, the staff has been extremely friendly and outgoing.

As for as the grounds and other physical aspects are concerned- the place is in good condition, clean and well maintained. The facilities are fantastic (do need to rearrange the workout area). Great parking, numerous spots and garage.

Crime in this area has not been a problem. Granted shopping areas typically have higher rates of theft but Ive not had one problem in this area with crime or know anyone else who has. The crime reports that others are reporting are a misrepresentation of the truth. There are areas around this part of town, particularly on the other side of College that are bad neighbors and this might be skewing the crime reports.

On the negative, noisy upstairs neighbor and construction in the area, priced a little high but not out of range for this area of town. Would be nice if had trash shuts on floors instead of having to walk down to dumpsters. Better lighting in garage is needed.

So far exactly what I expected and enjoying the move.
