I have lived in Sable Chase for 11 months and I can't wait until my lease is up so that I can move. When I first moved here, I thought that I had found a nice apartment for a decent price. I had no idea that this would quickly change. I have to call several times before maintenance is sent out. There are things that were wrong when I first moved in that have still not been fixed. The management team has recently changed and everything has started going down hill.
There is supposed to be a courtesy officer on the property but he is nowhere to be seen. There have been several auto and home burgularies. People are often walking around in the complex that don't live here. I don't feel safe in my own home.
The few pieces of equipment that they do have in the fitness room stay broken. Most of the appliances in the apartments are old and need to be replaced.
I would not recommend Sable Chase to anyone, especially not to single females. The rent is cheap for the amount of space that you get, but it's not worth your safety. I would advise anyone to keep looking.
