i wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live here at sable chase. my stay here has been a living hell. maintenance is the worst i ever dealt with and management don't care. you have to call no less the 5 times to get something fix and you better hope it's not the weekend because maintenance don't work on weekend. i been with ac for like 11 days and this has happen to me like 3 times in less than 4 months. i say a total of 35 days are more with out air conditioning. i been without hot water like 25 days in 3 months for 10 days in may and at the end of july to the beginning of september for like 15 days. they are rude people in managment, right now they don't even have a manager she quit like a month ago and the haven't replace her and that's the second one since i been here. staying here is worst than jail, because in jail you have hot water and air conditioning and you don''t have to pay to live uncomfortable. o yeah, parking his horrible, if you don't get home before 5pm you have no where to park because the parking is not big enough to whole the amount of people that lives there and there's no assign parking spots, and you have to worry about your vehicle because people car get broken in all the time. i give sable chase apartment an F-
