I've delt with sable chase since Oct of 2005. We paid for our apartment almost 2 months in advance and didnt even know what it looked like. The management at that time was utterly ridiculous. They were very rude and didnt seem like your concerns mattered. Since then management has changed and everything is fine. The only problem is parking... there are so many people that I know dont live here that park in your spots or dont park in the lines so you cant park when you get home. Other than that, I always heard that this was a bad part of town, but I never see anyone outside or see any illegal activities or anything like that. The apartments are big and nicely kept up, not to mention they are extremely affordable for the area that they are in. I would recommend to anyone to live here.
