I wouldn't recommend Sable Chase to anyone. The office staff is very rude, and they go by whatever the incompetent maintenance staff states. The maintenance half fix things and no one cares. The A/C and the hot water are biggest items. You can maybe run about 1.5 gallons of hot water then wait a 1/2 hour to run the rest of your bath to get a full bath. The thermostat and/or A/C are jacked up. I had it set on 75 and the thermostat was at like 62. The only thing the staff cares about is if the rent is on time. You may pay more rent other places, but I'd rather pay and be comfortable than pay and be uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!
