The parking sucks, the canal breeds all types of mosquitoes and the residents who have pets never ever pick up there dog ----. So the little landscaping they have is filled with dog crap. Don't let me talk about mainentance and pest control, who I never saw. And when I did request a work order, maintentance had the nerve to use my pen and write on my personal belongings to let me know he entered my apartment. Shouldn't he have his own writing material' Also the ladies in the office which is in the Warwick, have no personality..(sandy).Its like pulling teeth to get an simple answer. The only great thing about the apt is that it is very quiet and small.

You are right w.r.t. Sandy, she is a bit confused and cannot handle this apartment management stuff....I had a terrible experience with her, she would not listen to anybody but herself.
