I have been living here for a year, and I don't see any of the problems the previous poster mentioned. I've never had mosquito problems, the office staff has always been nice and maintenance prompt and polite, the grounds are well-kept, the apartments are spacious. This is a small (approx. 50 unit), **QUIET** community. There are cameras on the cars in the parking lot. Whether or not they work, I don't know, but it's a deterrent regardless. I would definitely recommend this place to people who are looking to get the hell away from campus and live somewhere quiet. It's pet friendly, but I've never stepped in (or really seen) dog crap in the main walkways. I don't hear dogs barking all night and no one has kids, so it's perfect for someone looking to get away from all the commotion/crime around campus.
