Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived in Sherwood Acres from 12/01-12/02. Throughout that time, my AC broke 3 times. It took at least 2 days all times to get it fixed. My heat stopped working also. It took them 5 days to come out and check it. By that time, it had actually fixed itself. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Too expensive and no professionalism by the management team was all I got.
