I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! The office staff is a DISGRACE!! They are extremely RUDE and are NOT respectful! When something breaks, I do not call the office, I just fix it myself. All the maintenance people are good for is "rigging things" when they break. The less I have to deal with the office, the better my day will be! My heater was out for 2 days (two of the coldest nights of the year! below 30 degrees!) Finally on the third day, after calling them every 20 minutes, it was fixed. They have 600 apartment units. They NEED TO EXPAND their maintenance staff! It seems that everyone in the complex all have a "priority" problem at the same time and they will get to you when they get to you. At 5:00p.m. all the "managers" go home! And it seems that NO ONE works on Saturdays! Except for the girl that answers the phone,"Its a great day at Sherwood Acres". I tell you what I have been living here for 2 years and I have NEVER had a "great day" at Sherwood Acres! I do however, give a rating of 4 on location. The complex is in a very convenient location. They don?t care about the residents. I enjoyed living with my parents better than I do living here! Apartment complexes these days are ripping people off! Good luck on your search! This is NOT the place for you. (ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER)!
