A pretty good value for the money

I lived in Sherwood Acres for several years. If the office staff likes you, they are nice and try to get things done for you. The main problem is they have lots of pressure to rent the apartments, so they rent to anyone with the deposit money, which allows for real scumbags and LOUD teenagers to move in. My only complaints were crappy neighbors, but the office does stick by the noise policy and warn the loud people, and kick them out eventually.
