This is an old complex, but with the rent that they charge. You would think they were just a few years old. The outside of the apts. are decent enough looking, but the insides are in much need of refurbishing. But they will not do anything for the ones that have been living here for years. (I have been here over 5 yrs) They seem to belive in "quick fix" repairs. And the management don't seem to really care as long as they are getting the money. They are suppose to have on grounds security! What a joke that is . I just hope no one REALLY ever needs to depend of them for anything. Several cars have been broken into and over the years and still vandalisim is running amuck ( sevral cars are keyed each month) and management does not say a thing when told about it. I fear this complex will soon be a section 8 project. Then government is the only one I know that will pay sevral times the worth for anything.
As far as the office staff' They seem pleanty friendly to your face, but have have heard them over talking about residence as if they were scum. I think they have to many people working in the office. Every time I seem to walk by the pool, there are 3-4 woomen and some maintenance workers sitting out side smoking and chatting. So when it takes more than 4 rings for the office to pick up the phone... just walk to the pool and see why. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
