I'll highlight some key points...
1. No security, It doesn't matter what they tell you. I've never seen them. I called security as someone was trying to break in my apartment. They NEVER showed up!!!!
It took 30 minutes for the Baton Rouge police to show up too, but that's another issue.
2. Had my car vandalized on my Birthday! Happy Birthday to me. I spent the whole morning crying. Management didn't care by making security visible. Both of my mirrors were beaten off. A month later my glass was crushed and CD player stolen.
3. I had to eventually break the lease because of my safety and they ruined my credit for $500 which I refused to pay them.
4. They had a certain place where kids would wait for the bus. They were out there at 7:00 AM every morning. They were extremely loud and sat on my car. Even put there book bags on the car. I had to eventually call the school board to report this because they refused to even issue them a warning. Also absolutely NO adult supervision.
4. Maintenance people were creepy. Especially this one that lived right next to me. I know he entered my apartment when I wasn't there because certain things would be moved when I got home. He was always knocking at my door for bogus things. He was a freak.
5. Finally, the place is just trash. I feel dirty having been there. It was a low point in my life. Don't make it yours!!!!!!!!
