YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR NEW HOME HERE AT SHERWOOD ACRES .....
I have lived here for 4 years, and thought about moving with the rate increase but where else can I go that, my concerns will be handled in a PROFESSIONAL manner and in a timely fashion. The Manager and Office staff make this a GREAT place to live! Thanks for everything they do on a daily basis to "Make this Home"!!

This is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo NOT true the staff are rude and do nothing but smoke ciggarettes every ten mins and on their time off smoke pot with the many pot heads that live there. Laura Townsend is a lying rude woman.

I agree with mbmandy2...I lived in Sherwood Acres and had to move just after 6 months. This is one of the worst apartment complexes you can ever live in (at least the ones that I have lived in). Laura Townsend is not only rude and uses the police officers living in the apartment complex to harass the tenants but is also Racist. I had a three year old daughter and had to live with no electricity in the apartment for three days and water flooding from the kitchen sink due to non-availability of maintenance staff. Sherwood Acres is the worst experiences I had. All Miss Townsend and rest of the staff does is smoke cigarette all day long sitting besides the pool close to the office door - bless their hearts!!!
