1. there are about 4 windows in the apartment, only one opens. Because the rest are painted shut.

2. There really is no security. They say that there is. But don't be fooled. Their only job is to keep down noise pollution. And they don't even do that.

2. my car was vandalized on the 4th of July. some kids placed i sring of firecrackers under my windshield wiper and lit it up. The managers could have cared less. And they told me that it wasn't security's job to watch out for my car.

3. On the subject about the 4th. They sure as heck didn't enforce the "NO Fireworks" rule.

4. People like to park in the fire hydrant zone no matter how many parking spots are open. Because some people rather be flame-broiled rather than walk a few more yards from their car apparently.

5. The railings of my stairs were so rusty that it had holes in it. BIG holes!

6. It's true that they have keys to get into your apartment. So your privacy is non existant.

7. They give you warnings about shutting off the water for repairs scheduled for a Thursday but don't. Instead they turn it off on a day you least expected.

8. After Hurricane Katrina, the quality of tenants went downhill. My neighbor likes to sit outside and talk very loudly at 2am.

9. Don't try calling the front office. They don't like to answer the phone. Much less listen to your problems.

10. The laundry machines usually don't work.

11. The dryer is worse.

12. The kids are horrible.

13. I was misfortunate, my parking area pretty much served 4 different buildings.

14. oh...my toilet leaks. They never fixed it.

15. There was this one car that was tagged because the guy didn't have car insurance. It sat there for about 3 months.

16. Neighbors don't know how to open car doors. If you have a new car, I guarantee you that you're going to have more scratches and dents than you can ever imagine.

17. Save your money and just buy a house.
