IT SEEMS SOMEONE IS DELETING MY REVIEWS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WRITING ABOUT THE ROBBERIES IN THIS PLACE. SO I HOPE ALL CAN READ BEFORE THEY DELETE AGAIN.

DO NOT RENT HERE. THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE. THREE ARMED ROBBERIES HAVE BEEN REPORTED SINCE I LIVED HERE SINCE DECEMBER OF 07. LAST WEEK A LADY WAS HELD AT GUNPOINT. I HEARD THE GUN. IT HAPPENED THREE DOORS DOWN FROM MY APARTMENT. THIS PLACE STINKS!!

Its funny, you know I been here one month and I specifically asks the leasing consultant, Ebony, if were any reported robberies in the past. She answered that there had been none. A month later, today, July 30, 2008 I recieved a roberry notice on my door. Go figure, this place is trashy, the staff is not willing to help at all. The door barely locked when I moved in, there is mold growing in the closet in the kitchen, the ac leaks, the carpet is patched in several areas and is nasty, the cabinets are seperating from the ceiling in the kitchen... The list goes on... DONT MOVE HERE!

the guy thats been doing the robberies work at ihop on siegen lane night shift. he wears the stocking cap thats been seen in every robbery. please report him if you've been a victim
