I moved from Sherwood acres in 2007 after I saw the way my fellow tenants were treated when their apartments burned down. (get renters insurance) Shortly after the fire that snuffed out 20 families, I went to the rental office to see if there was going to be some sort of initiative/ fundraiser to help the tenants that were affected. The manager (an ugly version of Cruella D'eville with crazy makeup) pointed to the center of the office at a pile of what appeared to be trash. "Here are some clothes for them, that people brought by". I asked her why we as community were not doing a fundraiser, considering most of them were hurricane transplants. She responded, "If you want to buy them a gift card ill make sure they get it". Needless to say I didn t entrust her to give anyone anything; but hardly think after leaving a hurricane and having your apartment on fire one would want to wear bell bottoms and old school 1990 PACO and Cross Color outfits.

Also, I can honestly say I am glad to be away from that strange lady that drove like maniac on the golf cart every day as a means to get to her apartment home for her lunch break. Sherwood Acres Management Company CLK has created another project in the Baton Rouge that needs to be revamped and they have a bunch of Sea Hags (minus the cute young girl that worked in the office) running the place.

Trash everywhere in the parking lot, preferential parking spaces given to idiots that have been there 5 years . Parking lots with minimal lighting. Phantom maintenance crew. The list goes on and on. Yep . its thriller night at Sherwood Acres everyday.

I agree...the office staff is so disorganized and not one of them can relay a phone message/return a call. They have a maintenance crew? I just assumed they couldn't afford to pay a maintenance crew after purchasing those fancy new dumpsters.

the most trashy people work here and the rudest and non caring mgmt i have ever seen EVERYBODY HATES THIS PLACE...EVERYBODY!!!!
