I have been living here for past two years and i like it. Yes we had issues with water and light but that was due hurricane damage. Apart from that, management is excellent. Everything is online, easy payment and even maintainence ticket can issued online so we don't have chase around people while working,

YOU MUST WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! OR YOU ARE HIGH ! THERE IS ALWAYS A BREAK IN AT THIS CRAPPER, 2 GIRLS HAVE BEEN RAPED...THAT I KNOW OF ! AND BELIEVE ME ,NOBODY THAT LIVES HERE THINKS THE MGMT IS GOOD...

Well you may have never paid your rent on time thus never had any good experience with the MGMT.

Oh please! You so work there! Only one of those wenches in the office would make a comment like that. Just a tip...maybe people would be more willing to pay their rent on time if they werent miserable and squirreling away money to get the h outta there! Maybe if the people who work for Sherwood Acres would grow a pair and acknowledge that they are providing sub-standard living conditions then they'd get a little more respect from the tenants. While you're at it, you could also explain where the money for the rediculous rent increases goes. It certainly doesnt look like any real improvements have been made, except for the management company buying new properties of course.
