My suggestion' DO NOT, under any circumstances, live here.
- The management is consistently rude, obnoxious and money hungry. I was unable to get a friendly reply from them for any question I asked.
- From December 2007 to March 2008, the management left 5 (yes five) different notes on my door regarding crimes that occurred in various apartments at Sherwood Acres.
- The lighting in parking lots is very bad.
- On-site laundromats are consistently dirty and there is always a washer/dryer that's broken.
- Apartment had roaches. Notified management and they said the bug man sprayed the apartment. The situation never improved. My apartment was very clean too.
- I'm giving one star for Staff and Overall ratings because there is no option for zero stars.
This place is truly horrendous and the crappy management sure as hell doesn't make it any easier on its tenants. For you and your family's safety, please don't live here. Spend a little more at a safer and better lit apartment complex.
