My husband and I have been living here since Febuary and it has been a horrible experience. When looking at the place the management was very nice, so we thought we were moving to a good apartment complex. But where we wrong. The people in the office dont give a crap about you after you sign the lease. Everytime I go in there with maintenance questions or questions about the rent they are rude and inconsiderate. They give you a go to hell look the whole time, you don't feel like you've accomplished anything when you leave there. I've also had problems with the maintenance. You can't get them to come fix things especially when there top priority. We had a leak coming out of our air conditioning unit and when we finally got a maintenance worker to come and fix it a week later its leaking again but ten times worse. Now its in the walls and has tore holes through the paint and leaking into the light socket. I really don't know who wouldn't think thats top priority to tend to. But I've placed a maintenance request online and called the office several times and they still haven't done anything about it. Also there are spiders and bugs all over the apartment and they have not came in once to spray. I would know this because I'm a stay at home wife and home everyday.
I really wish I had read reviews about this complex before we moved in. It is a horrible experience and can't wait till we move out. I'm glad we only got a 6 month lease, but will probably be breaking the lease early because this is just ridiculous.
Another issue that bothers me is the grounds not being well kept up with and filthy. My major issue is with the pools. They clean them maybe once every three weeks, really who wants to go swimming when you see filth in the pool. And the other thing is that its a week away from June and they still haven't opened all the pools. The pool right outside our apartment still has a cover on it and garbage all over. I don't find it easily accessible to have to drive half way around the apartments to another pool. Its irritating and inconvienient.
There are just so many things that are wrong with this place, like safety and security, etc but other reviews have already covered this and don't really want to repeat to much. If you want to feel safe and clean and overall happy with your apartment experience you will need to find a different apartment complex.

there has been an ongoing investigation on these people here..i have friends in the courthouse that are very aware of this place ! i was told if i wanted to break my lease that all they could do was threaten me for money,but the courts ,even if they took it would just throw it out anyway i couldn't believe how many complaints they have on file for this --------...

I would like to welcome you to the pits, you will continue to have trouble out of this place as long as they continue to be money hungry and not care about the tenants. Just make sure you document everything and take pictures for you records.

agreed, this place sucks. They charge way too much in rent for this dump.
