Nice but could be better

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I lived in this complex for 2 years.
When I moved in, the office worker walked thru the apartment and made notes of what needed to be done.
Nothing was ever done.
I did have a few problems, and when I called maintance, they were fixed the same day.
In the 2 years I was lived here, there was one incident of crime.
The units are old, and they do need to be remodeled. (New carpet, new wallpaper, new fixtures, new facuets, etc)
Overall, for a single person looking for something decent, at a fairly good price, they will do.
I would recommend them if you have no other choice, or can't spend any more money.
But I am sure if you look around, you can find something in better shape for a few dollars more.
