I have been staying in Sherwood acres for almost a year and they staff is horrible it took me to threating terminating my lease for them to have someone come out and fix what was wrong in my apt
The fine and rules are far to drastic if you have a piece of broken blind they want to charge $75 to replace
the staff doesnt care about the residence they are only blood suckers looking for the next buck
the apts are small with no room and over priced for the area and type of people livingn here
DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WONT BE HAPPY AT ALL STAYING HERE
WE MADE THAT BIG MISTAKE AND CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF IT.

Well "Warren" from what I hear you are being forced to vacate sherwood acres by their management company because you threatened to harm another resident and sherwood acres doesnt want people like that living in their community.

Oh please, 90% of the residents here are "people like that". Sherwood Acres doesn't give a rat's ass about it. I hope the "resident" that Warren threatened was one of the dumb ------- who work in the office or one of the other thug residents who live in this hell hole.

Um, Warren threatened to terminate his lease. No where in the posting does he say he threatened another tenant.
