I've read all the bad reviews and while I agree with most points, the price is waaaay to steep for even an apartment with all their promised amenities in Baton Rouge. If they ever get their act together and finish this place it would be nice, but the apartments themselves would still be poorly constructed on the inside as they took the cheapest materials, design and workers to put those things together.

I have huge black writing sealed in my floor for god's sake, what does that tell you' That they didn't take the time or spend the money required to get 'competent' crews to construct this thing. With what they charge, that shouldn't be an issue.

I have rarely met a construction worker there that spoke English. Makes you wonder.

Point: Think twice before you consider moving here. It has been nothing but a headache for many tenents and not even close to worth what they charge.
