I pay my rent, don't have parties (I am not a student) and I have never been "in trouble" with anyone in the building.

This place has so much potential that will never be reached because they are trying to save money and scam it out of the residents all at the same time.

I lived in a penthouse in Manhattan and paid almost the same amount in rent that I do now. Come on, Baton Rouge can't even compare to New York. The two bedroom apartments are not worth more than 900$ a month -perks and all.

The office- I won't even get into how dishonest the people are.

I would not wish this place upon my worst enemy and am going to move out as soon as possible.
