Contrary to the person who wrote Give Me a Break on 3/11/05, I am resident who has lived at Southgate since the beginning of fall semester 2004. I have been dissatisfied with almost everything about this place. It took them 4 and a 1/2 months to fix several of our lighting fixtures(outside and inside). We even complained several times in person to the staff about the problems in our apartment, but nothing was done. My roomates and I have never had a problem with rent or any fines whatsoever. So, whoever wrote the message on 3/11/05, yes we have complained to the staff. They just don't care. Get your facts straight before you start accusing people of being ridiculous!!!
