Southgate Towers has made the worst impression on all of Baton Rouge they could have. They trap their innocent residents in their leases and torture them by making them living in the nightmare of a monstrosity. The employees say that its a pre construction price of 1500 dollars for the bigger two bedroom when i payed 1250 for the same exact unit with all the amenties we we SUPPOSED to have. It is the worst deal and biggest scam in Baton Rouge. no Doubt, Southgate is quite impressive from the outside but on the inside is quite a different story. the quality of construction is poor AT BEST. The elevators never work. i spent many mornings being rudely awaked at 7am by the deafening alarm system. Do yourself a favor and dont fall for the scam of the century. If anyone comments on this that southgate is a good place to live...THEN IT IS THE MANAGEMENT, ONCE AGAIN TRYING TO SCAM YOU.IM SURE THEY ARE THE ONES THAT WROTE "GIVE ME A BREAK". BEWARE, YOU ARE DEALING WITH PROFESSIONALS!(professional money stealers)
