I live at South Gate, I am an ADULT (over 30) and I have already written one of the worst reviews here. Everything people say is true and then some. It's not about the construction, it's about the lies, false promises and poor organization.

You are ignorant. I have heard you rant and rave in the office before, and I personally think that you are bipolar. I am actually sorry to say that I live on your hall, let alone the same apartment facility. Its not the offices fault for being told that things are going to be done and then they end not coming true. They are the middle man, so dont fault them. This place will be remarkable in the upcoming months. And yeah I said it you are ignorant.

First of all, southgateresident should be really ashame of his or her self for thir response. IT'S OKAY TO DISAGREE...THIS IS AMERICAN! Thank God we live in this country...just because you don't agree with what someone has said...it does not mean that they are ignorant, so how could you say such a thing?? Ignorant means that that person does not have the knowledge or just does not know better of what he is saying...if he lives in the complex, he has the right to say how he feels, even if you feel totally different...and it's OKAY. By the way, the only way for you to access if someone is bipolar is if you have two or three degrees in the approriate area. Just from the above response and how it is worded, I am sure you do not hold such a degree or no way close to one.
