please, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT at Southgate Hell! it really is as bad as everyone else has said. construction is never ending. plus, they haven't even started the condo construction, which will be a whole mess in and of itself. the staff isn't just rude, they are completely disorganized and incompetent! noise is a constant problem. i could go on and on. just DON'T live here!
