I called a friend of mine because I got a flyer in the mail for free rent at Southgate Towers. I was wondering why they are giving away FREE rent if it is so nice. The times I visited nothing was working and the parking garage I hated for a female. So I went by there today and she is right the elevators don't work,maintenace is slow and you pay WAY to much. Southgate lost 37 cents on my flyer because I even asked her neighbors and had horrible things to say abou the place. I am rating on my 6 visits their.
