I couldn't believe you have to make an appointment to hang MY pictures. I asked my beer drinking loud neighbor and he said when you hammer in a nail (in the wall) concrete falls out of the wall and scratched the concrete floors. So they have someone you have to wait on to hang your pictures. So far I'm very unhappy night 3 here. The office staff said that is just how it is which is BS.
