Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I've lived at Southgate for 1.5 years, and they still don't have the fitness center that they promised. The pool area took way too long, and all they do is break promises. There are some positives about Southgate, but the negatives certainly outweigh the positive aspects. They look nice on the outside, but don't let that be the deciding factor. With the exception of Trae, the office staff is incompetent and rude.
