DO NOT RENT, Shiny Exterior deceives!

After living in Southgate for about a year, I think I have experienced HELL first hand. I cannot be more unhappier in an apartment complex that forces its residents to pay $775/per person (2 Bedroom) that is literally falling apart. Aside from the fact that a part of my apartment roof collapsed from leaking pipes, frozen A/C due to lack of changing of filters by staff that cost me $800 , rattling of toilet pipes within walls, constant construction during Finals week (Hammering of walls and sawing bricks from 7am-6PM 5 days a week) and still continueing, broken garbage disposal, constant bogus fees for overages on electricity, and idiotic staff, you can see why my experience has not been pleasant. Currently, the fitness room is non existent, the construction is still on going, and the staff is more money hungry then ever.
If you live here, you will fall victim to the wrath of RW Day properties.
