I used information in the Apartment Guide when first contacting this complex. Using this info I was connected with a Southgate Towers representative offsite, who was a very pleasant individual. She also quoted prices and specific apartment details to me that were also in the Apartment Guide. She then scheduled an appointment for me to view the apartments.

When I arrived at the complex, those in the leasing office were terribly rude. I explained that I was there to see an apartment, and they handed me a price list. Needless to say, it was very different from what was quoted by both the Apartment Guide, and their representative. When I explained this to them, they came up with some story that there was an error in the listing price, that the Apartment Guide had instead put the square footage instead of rate.

They should be reported for false advertising.
