For the amount of rent charged, the amenities are not delivered. The conceirge is usually not in and not helpful. The office staff will not go the extra mile to help you (i.e. allow you to pick up a package if the concierge is closed). The office staff often say they will do something (provide a notice to you, put a copy of your lease under your door) but never do. The pet park always has a drainage problem and is often smelly and unsanitary. They have very strict stipulations for residents but do not appear to apply it to their own business practices. My recent dissapointment is that I moved out over 60 days ago and cannot get anyone to return my call regarding my deposit. They also entered my lease in to their system incorrectly and want to charge me for not providing a 30 day notice to vacate. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I'll agree that most of the office staff is a bunch of morons. We have lived here for a LONG time. We never got any information about renewing our lease this year, perhaps because they're charging us well below the current rental rate. They lost a lot of paperwork from our file, so it won't surprise me if they lose our notice to vacate and we never get our deposit back. Additionally, they lost the master key to our apartment... which is perhaps a good thing. However, my biggest complaint is that they don't enforce any of their own regulations. They went to all this trouble to have us sign new parking regulations when we renewed, provided us with new parking tags, and they don't enforce their own god damn regulations. Oh, and lets not even talk about the frat boys, the N-word scratched into not one, but two elevators, and the fact that normal residents can't ever use the pool because the 7th floor frat boys and sorisluts turn it into their own personal pool party every weekend. |

Renters have a legal obligation to give your deposit back or let you know why you're not getting at least part of it back within 30 days. Get a lawyer, or call them and tell them you have a lawyer ready to go.
