I just moved in last week, and I wanted to post something. I moved here from out of town, and the one thing bad about Southgate Towers is the rating on this website. When I was looking at my apartment I really liked it here, but was discouraged at all the bad reviews. The leasing agent promised me that I would be happy here, and that most of the time people will take the time to say something bad, rather than say something good. And that there are always two sides to every review.
After moving in, I agree with her. This is a nice place to live, it is not like a regular apartment complex, it is more like a neighborhood. My apartment is very spacious, almost like my own little house. It is very quiet here, and so far all the people that live around me seem to be really nice.
I did have a few minor things wrong with my apartment, but the office sent someone out the same day I called them.
So far my experience at Southgate Towers has been super. Everyone is really nice and I love my apartment.

hahahahaha Im so glad I DONT live there anymore! Dont worry they will let you down and just wait til you try to move out! Start working now to keep your apt in order so you make sure you get that security deposit, either that or live there for 3 years so you get the most out of the deposit. The place is fantastic I must admit with the garage, meditation garden, pool, and unrestricted dog policy. Make the most out of these and enjoy your apt bc honestly the apts are gorgeous and your own little sanctuary. These are the things make the price of the rent worth living at Southgate :)
