Worst place I?ve ever lived at - and I've seen quite a few. Noisy and dirty, and getting worse every year. The only area that looks pretty is the spot in front of the leasing office. The ?exercise room? is a cemetery of broken machines. The maintenance guy comes to convince you that you do not have a problem instead of fixing it. No heat insulation to speak of ? huge energy bills. Terrible manager (Charlotte Dupuy or something close to that) ? very nice and will promise anything until you sign the lease. Once you have signed it, you are out of luck. Lies to your face, and when the lies are challenged gets rude and hostile in an instant. I have never experienced anything as depressing as that place and never been so happy to move out.
They also seem to have written a bunch of good reviews about themselves. I would expect a few more ?Great place, Nice people? reviews to appear after this one. Shameless and pathetic people.
