I moved into Spires in 1995 and loved it. Nita Sweeney was the apt manager and she was great, I loved it here then. We moved out of state for a few years and just got back in 1999. I automatically thought to come back to Spires till we find a house, well that was a horrible thought. There have been about 4 different managers and several temporary managers who didn't do their jobs well at all. Now the manager is Charlotte Dupuy who totally sucks - she goes into peoples apts whent they aren't home and takes pictures and never repairs anything, the quality of living here stinks!!
