I am in agreeance with the previous comment from personal experience. It happened to me! From Oct till Jan, I have paid my rent with money orders. I have always had to place them in the drop box as there were NEVER any staff members in the office during office hours. On Jan 24th, a lady knocked on my door and handed me a piece of paper and said, "You have till 6pm today to pay your rent or get off the property." I was stunned. She claimed she has not received any rent from me since Sept. After four months, I didn't still have the receipts for the money orders (which was my bad). The only receipt I still had was for the current month (Jan). I spoke w/ the manager, his supervisor, and even placed a call to the corp. office which NEVER called me back. On Jan 27th, the new manager (since they fired the previous within the past week) knocked again on my door asking when we were moving out b/c he had filed for an eviction. Lucky, we found an apt in the area that was available for us to move in that weekend. I would not recommend these apts to anyone. They are very roomy apts but not roomy enough to have to deal with all the drama that management put you through. The apts were VERY nice when i first moved in under a different manager who had enough and left herself. The complex is going down VERY fast.
