Thank God Lease is almost up

List of ammenities on my lease and on Springbrook website is a joke! We don't even have trash pickup or dumpsters! Recently "valet" trash started.That consisted of tennants dropping trash in piles all over the complex on the ground...no recepticles at all. We are supposed to have designated parking. Not only is it not designated, but you can't even see the white lines between vehicles. Management has been a joke and so has maintenance. My AC filter has NEVER been changed except when I changed it. Pest Control has never been in my apartment (almost a year). Tennants pay different prices for rent, I guess according to the mood the manager was in at the time of signing the lease.
