I have lived here almost 3 years now, and until the past year loved it. The complex was always so clean and kept up, the management was friendly and efficient, and the prices were fair. Not anymore. Although i can't say management is completely to blame. Is it managements fault that the people that live here choose to trash these apartments' You can't walk aywhere without seeing trash on the ground, in the breezeways, or have you seen the mailroom lately' So disgusting! I really wanted to stay but unfortunately i have no choice but to leave. This place is a complete pig stye. These apartments were not like this when I moved here I am embarassed to bring people over sometimes. Plus there is never any parking because some punk kid wants to take up 3 parking spaces so his 97 Accord doesn't get scratched, there is a nightly Pit Bull fest in the parking lot complete with someones music blaring, the new manger is a snotty -----, and don't even think about getting something fixed (exactly what do the maintenece people do'), and again did I mention the trash problem. Springbrook needs a total renovation of management and the type of residents it lets live here. Anyone ever been to St. Jean' This place is well on its way, which is unfortunate because it used to be really nice place to live and is now like living in the ghetto.
