Overall the complex is quiet. I do have some heavy neighbors above and can hear them walking around. I don't have problems with parking (like others suggested) but I am in the front. When I moved in, there were minor problems (floor messed up) but they were fixed within a decent amount of time.

The inside of the apartment is a nice size and high ceilings with giant bathrooms. Also there is small storage outside.

It's never been noisy in general except when the Saints were in the playoffs and that is understandable!

The 24 hour maintenance is a joke though. The staff has been very professional and proficient to me.
