New owners have there head up there ass and are doing nothing but raising rent while quality goes down. Pool is alawys dirty, the gym has broken equipment and the people in the front office are completely brain dead. Only good thing about the complex is the location, but that over the past few months has gone down hill due to trashy residents. Walls are very thin you can hear you neighbors. Packages sent come up missing. If you are seriously looking into this place ask any resident about how much they care for this place. I don't even live here, and I can tell you the management sucks! I made an appointment to view one of the apartments, and drove over 50 miles just for them to tell me they couldn't show me the apartment because someone was staying in it "unannounced". WTH??? Couldn't they have made a simple phone call to let me know something?

The new management is very problematic. They have a biased system of issuing violations without even proving that the problem occurred. The property manager, Karen, is very rude and confrontational from the moment I met her. I was almost at the verge of breaking my lease but I couldn't see myself giving them more money. My lease is ending soon and I'm out of this camp. The new management sucks!!! Oh by the way parking is horrible. The spaces are extremely too small. If you visit in the day time you will not realize it b/c most residents are gone. You're guaranteed some nicks and scratches by the end of your lease term.
