No, you can't! During my stay, I really didn't have many problems with my apartment. And the problems I did have were fixed within two to three days. The only time it took longer was when the office had to order parts. But they did leave little papers explaining what they had done and what was still left to do. The office always seemed to be busy. Even though everyone was running around the office, answering the phones, they were always willing to listen to me and try to help solve whatever problem I had. And some of them had great senses of humor. I was really never disturded during the night except for a couple of nights I had to go to my upstairs nieghbor and ask if they could hold down the noise, and they did. On thing that I liked was the egg hunt they offered for us. It was nice. The pools were okay, just a little crowded. I saved enough money in 2 years to buy my own house, which was great. Remember, you do have to put in a 60 day notice. I would recommend to stay there. You can't save money like this anywhere else.
